John Jordan

B.Sc (Physiotherapy), B.Sc(Sports Science and Physiology)

John brings to our team a wealth of experience and qualifications. In addition to many years working in private practice, John also worked for more than 10 years in the fitness industry, having been awarded a degree in Sports Science and Exercise Physiology, in addition to being a qualified fitness instructor, personal trainer, and strength and conditioning coach!

John has a special interest in treating back and neck pain, in addition to the medley of injuries we see daily in clinic such as ankle sprains, arthritis, foot pain, sports injuries, sciatica, as well as post surgical rehabilitation. He also works part-time in the Hermitage Clini rehabilitating people before and after their joint replacement or spinal surgery.

John has competed in a number of sports, including athletics, rowing and rugby. When he's not working he's most likely chasing around after his son and his three dogs!

Highly recommend the team at East Coast, great continuity of care whichever member of the team you meet. They carry this across into the classes they run so you feel looked after - even when they are pushing you to do that bit extra.
